Marilu Henner, a woman who has the spirit and knowledge that comes from an adolescent, paired with the wisdom of a sage is the most exemplary example of modern day woman who is able to accomplish everything. She is an actress author health guru, talk show host producer entrepreneur director, dancer, comedian model and most important mother and wife! There's a reason why she's earned the nickname Perpetual Motion. Marilu's health-focused approach is apparent throughout her life. She believes that with the right health you can accomplish everything. But it wasn't always that way. As she entered her teens, she began to do a yo-yo diet, and saw her weight gain. Her eating habits were driven by emotional rage and would always feel unwell. Her parents, both aged in their 50s, and suffering from heart attacks or arthritis-related complications, died. The woman realized that she had to take responsibility for her own wellbeing. It wasn't about dieting, but finding methods to maximize the function of our bodies.
