Sharon Yvonne Stone is the only daughter of Dorothy Lawson (an accountant) and Joseph William Stone II, a tool-and-die manufacturer and former employee in a manufacturing plant. She was born on 10 March 1958, at Meadville Pennsylvania. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her three siblings. Stone has a talent in the classroom as a young child, began in second grade at five. She graduated with a high school diploma from Saegertown which is located in Saegertown in Pennsylvania in the year 1975. The Miss Pennsylvania beauty competition saw her win Miss Crawford County. Stone and her aunt moved from New Jersey to New Jersey to begin a modeling career in 1977. The two signed on with the Ford Modeling Agency after a couple of months. The next stage was Europe in the course of a year residing with her aunt in Milan, Paris and other cities. Stone became dissatisfied with the fashion industry in Europe she decided to pursue acting instead. Woody Allen's film, "Stardust Memories", got mixed praise at the age of 20.
