Suzanne Pleshette

SuzanneSuzanne Pleshette was an American voice actor, actress of film and television, born January 31 1937 and passed away on January 19, 2008. 1. Pleshette started her career in theatre and was first seen in films towards the end of the 1950s. She then appeared in films with a notable name such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (1963), and Spirited Away (2001). From 1972 until 1978, Pleshette was a regular guest in a variety of television shows. She was also a part of Emily Hartley, which earned numerous Emmy Award nominations. Pleshette was born on the 31st of January, 1937, in the New York City neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights, to Geraldine (nee Kaplan)[1 and Eugene Pleshette. Her parents were Jewish immigrants from Russia and Austria-Hungary. Her mother was a dancer, artist and choreographer who performed under her stage name Geraldine Rivers. Her father was a stage director at both the Paramount Theater and Paramount Theater in Manhattan.
